Speeds are maximum access speeds, not guaranteed Wi-Fi or peak-time speeds. Home plans are for residential use; business plans are for a single business site. Dedicated connections and shared-site services are quoted after an address check.
Before choosing Hyperfibre: we check your address and confirm network availability, any ONT upgrade, setup charges, minimum term and early-termination costs. Multi-gigabit router ports, suitable cabling and compatible devices are needed to use speeds above 1Gbps; a single Wi-Fi device may achieve much less. Router, installation and equipment costs are quoted separately.
Hyperfibre is shared broadband, not a dedicated connection. Business 1000 pricing can be lower than Business Fibre 920 because supplier product and network costs differ; the options available at your address may differ.

Pay as you go, with no monthly messaging platform fee. Send from the web portal, email or an agreed integration. Long or Unicode messages can use more than one billable SMS unit. Integration, training, dedicated shortcodes and other extras are quoted separately.

Both packages: shared hosting for one website. We confirm bandwidth, CPU, memory and other usage limits in your quote; no unlimited-resource or uptime guarantee is included. Online stores and high-traffic websites need a suitability check.
Hosting support covers server availability, cPanel access and hosting configuration. WordPress, theme and plugin updates, content changes, development, malware cleanup, domain registration and email services are priced separately unless your quote includes them. Additional restores are quoted before work begins.
Before ordering: we confirm package limits, backup scope and retention, setup or migration charges, business support hours, minimum term and cancellation conditions. Backups are recovery aids; you should also keep an independent copy of important content.

Static IPv4 address
$10 + GST per month ($11.50 incl. GST)
One static IPv4 address, where supported by the selected service. Larger address ranges are quoted separately.
Call recording
$20 + GST per month ($23 incl. GST)
Optional call-recording application for a suitable voice account, with up to six months of provider retention. We confirm scope, privacy settings and any additional requirements before enabling it.
Other voice and network services
SIP trunks, Microsoft Teams calling connections, call-centre queues, reporting, dedicated SMS shortcodes, managed routers and dedicated connectivity are quoted to fit the service, licences and usage required.
IT support, hardware, configuration and project work are scoped and priced before work starts. Microsoft licences, hardware and supplier extras are not automatically included.
Website Care
$69 + GST per month ($79.35 incl. GST), per WordPress website
- Monthly WordPress, theme and plugin update checks, with available supported updates applied.
- Pre-update backup and key-page check after updates; roll back our update if it causes a problem.
- Monthly checks of website availability, SSL expiry and available security-scan results.
- A short monthly maintenance summary.
Hosting is separate. Content changes, new features, malware cleanup and unrelated repairs are extra. Existing-site suitability and working backups must be checked before onboarding; any remedial work is quoted first.
Website Care Plus
$129 + GST per month ($148.35 incl. GST), per WordPress website
Everything in Website Care, plus:
- 30 minutes of small text, image or existing-page changes each month, using content you supply.
- A monthly contact-form check where a suitable test is agreed.
- Priority scheduling during business hours; no guaranteed response time.
Included change time expires each month and does not roll over. Additional time requires approval at $120 + GST/hour. Online stores and complex integrations need a tailored care quote. Hosting and paid software licences are separate.
Hourly website & IT support
$120 + GST per hour ($138 incl. GST)
Website changes, troubleshooting, remote IT help and configuration within our expertise.
- Remote work: 30-minute minimum ($60 + GST), then 15-minute increments ($30 + GST).
- On-site work: 1-hour minimum; travel or call-out charges quoted first.
- After-hours work by prior arrangement: $180 + GST/hour ($207 incl. GST), 1-hour minimum.

Revisions and launch: a revision round is one combined feedback list within the agreed design and scope. Extra pages, new features and bespoke scroll animation are quoted before work starts. Thirty days of fixes for faults in our agreed delivered work are included after launch; ongoing updates, third-party changes and content changes are separate. Accessibility checks do not constitute a full conformance audit, and search rankings are not guaranteed.

Handover: final approved logo vector files are included in the logo packages. Other editable working files, usage permissions and any third-party licence restrictions are agreed in the quote. Trademark searches and registration are separate; registration is not guaranteed. Culturally specific artwork is scoped with the appropriate artist and permissions.
Before

Home internet prices include GST. Business, phone and SMS rates show GST explicitly, with inclusive equivalents alongside. All amounts are in NZ dollars.
- Prices shown do not change an existing customer agreement.
- Your quote will confirm availability, monthly charges, setup, equipment, delivery and any additional usage charges.
- Minimum terms, early-termination charges, moves and plan changes will be confirmed before an order. First-time fibre activations can have a supplier minimum term.
- Home Fibre Starter is residential only and remains subject to the provider programme and its retail price cap. No compulsory monthly extras are included in the advertised starter price.
- Phone and SMS services are metered unless an allowance is explicitly agreed in writing.
- Website hosting remains on Clipboard’s own servers and is quoted separately.
