Clipboard / Our story

PEOPLE.
CONNECTION.
POSSIBILITY.

Clipboard is a disabled-led support organisation built around people, connection, and doing things differently.

Friends.
One beginning.

Clipboard began in Kāpiti, with friends interested in technology and making things work better. Design, IT, management, mentoring, and problem-solving shaped the early work: websites, systems, and practical tools.

A purpose
that grew.

Under Mike and Kylee’s leadership, that work grew around lived experience, accessibility, and the disability community. Technology remained part of the story. People became its centre.

The people
behind it.

The people behind Clipboard

Mike

IT, web development and practical problem-solving. Mike brings experience in building things that help people do more.

Kylee

Advocacy, community connection and accessibility. Kylee brings lived experience and a focus on people’s choices.

Your life.
Your direction.

Our disability support services began in Waikato. We work alongside disabled people to create flexible, practical support shaped around their lives, goals, and what matters to them.

The right support shouldn’t decide the journey for you. It should help make more of it possible.
