The support that you may need or want is specific to you, we are dedicated to designing the support package that you want and ask for to live your life.  We will meet with you at your choice of location, wherever you are comfortable, this can be in person or digitally.

The biggest part of meeting with you is to listen to you so we have a full understanding of what you are looking for.  You are the expert of your life and what you need and want to live your best life.  

We take the information from that meeting and create a support plan, this is a guide for your support crew to follow. It has your likes and dislikes, goals, activities you do, your weekly schedule and the support you require.  It also has important health and safety information.  There is also a separate page to explain the disability/ies, health conditions you have and how they affect your daily life.  All given to you to approve before it is shared with any support crew.

A copy of your support plan is with you at home and the plan is shared digitally with each of your support crew.  This plan can be adapted whenever you want.

 This can be ongoing support, for a specific timeframe or whenever you need it.  Getting support with Life Admin is giving you back the ‘Life” you choose.

Let us take some of the pressure off.

Clipboard can provide you with recipes for meals.  We can take the planning stress off of your shoulders.  We find out from you your food preferences and allergies, how many recipes you want each week and for which meals.  We then gather budget friendly meals and send you some options to choose from.

You advise us if you want digital (with picture instructions if needed) or hard copy laminated recipe cards for each meal.  We also provide you with a digital shopping list for those meals so you can add them to your online shopping order page.
